To slim down
1.Do exercise.
2.Eat well, did not eat candys or junk food.
3.Eat salad.
4.walk every morning.
5.If your work or school is near to your house go in bycicle.

If you are lazy
you can do yoga.
7.Don't drink soda.
8.Go to stairs and do not go in te elevator.
